Fee Schedule:
Pretrial – $75
Bride – $100/with false lashes -$110
Bridesmaids/other – $80/with false lashes -$90
Waxing is available upon request.
Travel Fees:
Any travel 25 miles or more there will be a travel fee of 50 cents per mile to and from where the service is taking place. This will be paid to artist at the time of service.
Gratuities:
Gratuity is very appreciated for a job well done.
Client/Artist Contract
A $50.00 deposit is required at the time of contract singing for all bookings. This is a non-refundable deposit for bookings cancelled within one month of scheduled date. If the client cancels two weeks prior to scheduled date, client agrees to pay artist (Melissa Raffone) 50% of total fee originally agreed upon.
Artist may not cancel unless unforeseen circumstances occur such as inclement weather, illness, or extreme emergency. If artist cancels for any reason, the deposit will be returned in full to the client. Total of booking fee is to be paid in full after artist has completed her work on the scheduled day. The deposit will be deducted at this time.
Artist and client will agree to final head count one week (7 days) before scheduled appointment. If the number changes within final week before appointment, client is still required to pay full amount of original agreed upon fee. This may be negotiated based on the situation.
The final head count will determine how many hours artist will need. If artist is asked to stay past original time agreed upon due to last minute add-ons or other circumstances, there will be an additional fee to be determined by artist based on request.
Artist will arrive 30 minutes prior to agreed upon start time for set-up and greet.
General Information:
It is appreciated if all girls are on time and ready at the agreed upon start time. Faces should be cleaned of all makeup – exfoliating/moisturizing prior to makeup application is also appreciated but not necessary. Please limit facials and waxing to one to two weeks prior to wedding date – no sooner. Please wear button down shirts – this is also helpful for those getting their hair done with a hairdresser. The bride is usually made up next to last to ensure her makeup is the freshest. Please inform artist if there is a photographer requiring the wedding party to be ready by a certain time for pre-wedding photos
